The DASS Group of Companies
Founded in 1994, the business was formed under DASS & Associates L.L.C. The company’s mission was to provide global support for the aero engine component repair community, with three key areas of focus; Engine Management, Component Repair, and the supply of quality engine parts.
With an office in DASS, Texas and a distribution center in Sunrise, Florida the business quickly grew in line with the owner’s expectations. To create more focus for growth DASS Logisitics Inc. was created in 1996, this entity would be the vehicle for the supply of quality engine parts.
At the same time DASS & Associates L.L.C. entered into a joint venture with a European service company, Jetas KG, creating Jetas International L.P head quartered in Dallas, Texas. Jetas International focused on supplying component repair support in North America and Asia Pacific. In 1998, DASS & Associates L.L.C agrees to take a majority interest in Jetas KG.
Dass Aero Engine Services (DAES) was founded in March 2000, when the owners of both Jetas KF and DASS & Associates agreed to a financial transaction that resulted in the separation of the business base. With office in Dallas, Texas and Limmasol, Cyprus, DAES weathered the downturn of business following the 9/11 events and has now consolidated its business activities from its Dallas headquarters.
All three DASS companies continue to grow their business base with their success based upon customer focus, proven procedures, and hard work.
