History
DASS & Associates LLC has been in business since 1994. Its principal owners, Joe Sellers and Alan Codlin, enjoyed significant corporate, operational and sales management experience with one of the largest independant aftermarket component repair organizations. In 1996, DASS & Associates LLC entered into a joint venture, Jetas International LP, to provide specialized component repair support to a number of quality component repair organizations in North America and Asia Pacific. In 1998, DASS & Associates LLC agreed to take a majority interest in Jetas KG, the premier global component repair support organization based in Germany. In March 2000, DASS Aero Engine Serivces (DAES), was founded following a separation from the Jetas organization. DAES currently has two registered companies, DAES Ltd located in Cyprus, and DAES LP based in Texas. These operations are autonomously managed and operated, both provide global sales and marketing to the aviation aftermarket industry and specialized equipment manufacturers.
